A design system can contain hundreds of components and still leave a product without a point of view.
Coherence begins with a smaller set of rules: how information is prioritised, how actions behave and how the product responds when the ideal state breaks.
Components then make those decisions repeatable. The library supports the grammar; it does not replace it.
