Privacy
This notice explains what AEVI collects when you make an enquiry, why it is used and the choices you have under UK data protection law.
AEVI is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@thisisaevi.com.
The form collects your name, email address and project details. You may also provide your company, project type and intended timeline.
Basic technical information needed to receive and protect the submission may also be processed, including the submission time and server logs. The honeypot field is used only to identify automated spam.
AEVI uses enquiry information to understand your request, reply, discuss a potential engagement and keep an appropriate record of that conversation.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests where AEVI responds to and manages genuine business enquiries.
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are ordinarily deleted within 24 months. Records needed for legal, accounting or contractual obligations may be kept for the applicable statutory period.
AEVI does not sell your personal information or share it beyond the service providers needed to operate the site and deliver your enquiry. It is not disclosed to third parties for their own marketing.
Cloudflare processes website traffic and hosts the site. Contact enquiries are delivered through the configured contact workflow and, when enabled, Resend provides email delivery. These providers process information only to supply their services to AEVI and are subject to their own security and data-protection obligations.
No analytics service is currently used on this site.
Under UK GDPR, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection to processing. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
To request deletion or exercise another right, email hello@thisisaevi.com with enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. AEVI will respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
