Bespoke software is not automatically better software. The case for building begins with a specific constraint that existing tools cannot resolve cleanly.

The best opportunities usually sit between workflows: repeated transfer of information, fragmented customer journeys or operational knowledge that has never been made explicit.

A useful first version should make that structure visible, prove the central decision and leave a foundation that can grow.
