Context
Independent gyms often assemble their member experience from disconnected booking, messaging and coaching tools.
Problem
The fragmented setup created repeated admin, inconsistent member journeys and no clear view of day-to-day activity.
Decision
AEVI organised the product around the rhythms of a gym day: arrive, train, record, compare and continue.
System
A shared data model connects schedules, access, programming and performance. Reusable React interfaces keep staff and member views consistent.
